Terms & Conditions – Vehicle Rentals

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the rental of vehicles from Jak’d Trucks. By renting from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

Renters must be at least 21 years old (minimum age may vary by vehicle type).

A valid driver’s license and major credit/debit card are required.

Additional drivers must also meet age and license requirements.

2. Rental Period & Vehicle Use

The rental period begins at the time of vehicle pick-up and ends upon return.

Vehicles must only be used for lawful purposes and operated by authorized drivers.

Vehicles may not be used for racing, towing (unless authorized), transporting hazardous materials, or illegal activities.

3. Rates, Fees & Deposits

Rental charges are based on time, mileage, and applicable taxes/fees.

A security deposit may be required at pick-up.

Late returns may incur additional charges.

4. Insurance & Liability

Renters are responsible for damages, theft, or loss of the vehicle unless covered by insurance.

Insurance options may be purchased through Jak’d Trucks or provided by the renter’s personal coverage.

The renter is liable for traffic violations, tolls, and fines incurred during the rental.

5. Fuel Policy

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pick-up, unless otherwise stated.

Refueling fees may apply.

6. Maintenance & Breakdowns

Renters must notify Jak’d Trucks immediately of accidents, breakdowns, or damages.

Unauthorized repairs are not permitted.

7. Termination of Rental

Jak’d Trucks may terminate the rental without refund if:

The renter violates this Agreement

The vehicle is used unlawfully or recklessly

Payment cannot be secured

8. Limitation of Liability

Jak’d Trucks is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property left in the vehicle.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
